• I reserve the right to cancel a sell for any reason and modify my policies.
• Ask any questions you like, there is no such thing as a stupid question. I will gladly offer help to any one who needs it, even if the rabbits in question are not mine. If you use any thing from me you do so at your own risk. I am not a vet or other wise certified and do not claim to be. No legal actions may be taken against me for using my experience.
• Rabbits that come from me are to never be put in a shelter, rescue, given away to some one, or dumped out. If you can no longer care for the rabbit, bring it back to me. I will take in any rabbit, even ones that are not from me, that is healthy and needs to find a new place.
• If you are under 18 please have your guardian to contact me. I cannot sell to a minor with out guardian consent.
• All rabbits sold here will have a take home package. Depending on what the rabbit is sold as will determine exactly what is in the package. All rabbits get a starter supply of my current feed (Purina 16% or Purina 18%).

Health and Quality

• I sell only healthy rabbits that are fully pedigreed unless other wise noted. How ever, only show and brood prospects are sold with a pedigree. Pets are never sold with a pedigree, just a birth certificate and are never to be bred.
• I do not guarantee breeding or showing success no matter what the rabbit has done for me in the past. Qualities are based in my best honest opinion based on my view of the current working standard for that breed.
• You are responsible for checking them over at pick up. I will of course be happy to show you an over all check of a rabbit if you do not have any experience doing so. Please allow for at least enough time to explain basic care and examination when picking up your rabbit.
• If there is a problem that is my fault, let me know as soon as possible. I will replace rabbits that are sick because of me only with in 7 days of pick up that are picked up from my home meeting place in Glenville town only.  A pick up at a stock yard or show voids my health guarantee as I cannot guarantee every animal there to be healthy and not to transfer some thing to another animal in the area (the rabbit or rabbits being picked up). The rabbit and original paper work must be returned. I will not replace rabbits that rip out nails, pull teeth on cage wire, etc as those things are out of my hands. I cannot control what happens after the rabbit leaves my care. Replacements are subject to the availability of an equal quality rabbit. I cannot give a money refund instead of a replacement since all money received goes directly into the rabbits as soon as I get it. Money refunds are only given if I cancel a sell for any reason.
• I can't possibly cover every little detail here. If you're still unsure or some thing isn't clear, ask me. If some thing comes up after a sell/pick up that I do not already cover here, it will be dealt with as agreeable to both as possible.

Deposits, Payment, and Pick ups

• Deposits are accepted on open kits/rabbits only and are the only way for me to hold any thing for any length of time. If I cancel a sell your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel the sell, there is no refund.
• Please make any transport arrangements before putting down a deposit. Gas, carriers, etc may effect the total deposit needed to hold and must be paid for with the rabbit deposit. Generally I can meet in Glenville (no charge) any time and prefer this as I no longer allow in barn visits for most due to health hazards for the very young babies, Weston (Saturdays), Spencer (Fridays), or other places/times at an extra fee. Shows I am attending can have rabbits picked up at for free and must be done so by noon. After that, I'll assume you've cancelled and put the rabbit up for sale. If you have an emergency or can't make it, call my cell phone number I will give you to contact me at in case that does happen.
• Rabbits will be held for approximately 10 days once the deposit has been made unless a later date is agreed on before a deposit is made. If the rabbits are still here after 10 days and there has been no contact I will put the rabbits back up for sale and you loose your deposit. On rabbits that are not 8 weeks of age at time of deposit, the 10 days starts once the rabbit is 8 weeks of age. Again if there is a later date agreed upon before you put a deposit down that is fine too.
• Rabbits cannot leave until at least 8 weeks of age.
• I accept cash (in person) or PayPal. Personal checks may be accepted at my choice. This must be pre-approved to pick up; do not show up and just expect me to take a personal check out of the blue as I have to have the payment in full and cleared before the rabbit leaves my care.
• If you make a deposit and cancel a pick up just because you do not want the rabbit any longer, you loose your deposit. If you cancel a pick up because of car problems, family problems, bad weather, or other good reasons I will work with you to make another date. How ever I will not try for months on end to make a pick up date.

General Prices

• Pets $20.00 to $35.00 depending on breed/age/etc.
• Brood at best $25.00 to $50.00 depending on breed/age/etc.
• Brood/Show $25.00 to $100.00+ depending on breed/age/etc.
• Feed, items, services vary depending on current costs.
